Institutions are requested to follow the following instructions:

 Submit the Physical Achievement Reports, Quarterly (Annexure-J) as per following Schedule:

1^st Quarter – April to June

2^nd Quarter – July to September

3^rd Quarter – October to December

4^th Quarter – January to March

Quarterly reports may be submitted at the end of each quarter.

• Introduction of Modular Employable Skills (MES) trades in Annual Operational Plan under CDTP Scheme.
• List of MES courses approved by NCVT to be included in Annual Operational Plan.
